Career Resilience RoundTable

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

A community-centered offering from The RoundTable Institute

A 3-month facilitated virtual series for individuals navigating unemployment or career transitions. Through peer coaching, group accountability, and facilitated truth-telling dialogues, you’ll reconnect with your purpose, gain clarity, and feel less alone in the process.

This isn’t a traditional workshop. It’s a small-group experience rooted in care, connection, and collective strength. Together, we practice community coaching, not isolated self-improvement.

Why This Roundtable, Why Now?

Right now, we’re watching wave after wave of layoffs hit every sector—and we are compassionate and fired up to help you process all that this moment brings: fear, insecurity, ambivalence, maybe even guilt or joy. At The RoundTable Institute, we are a service-oriented firm, and we know we have tools that can help. That’s why we’re launching this program—not for our usual clients (who typically pay thousands for custom engagements), but for our community. This is our way of resisting business as usual and offering what we can to those who are impacted.

We believe community is the only thing that will carry us through moments like this. Whether you’re unemployed, navigating a career transition, feeling disconnected, or just wondering what’s next—

YOU BELONG HERE.

Why We’re Doing This

This is more than a program—it’s a statement of values. We’re The RoundTable Institute. Our work is about deep transformation, equity, and care. When we see harm in our systems, we respond with action, community, and resource-sharing. This Roundtable is one way we say:

  • We see you.

  • We believe in you.

  • You don’t have to do this alone.

Whether you’re in a career limbo, a life transition, or just trying to find your footing—we’ve built this space for you.
