Our signature RoundTable conversations are guided, small-group spaces that surface the unspoken and undiscovered potential in each of us as individuals.

We bring groups of leaders together to explore real challenges, learn from each other, and deepen their leadership in the community. These aren’t theoretical discussions. They’re vulnerable, brave, real-time explorations of what it means to lead with humanity today.

JEDI© for Leaders

This is a transformative leadership experience. Our Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) for Leaders program helps leaders explore their own identities, assumptions, and blind spots—and understand how they impact others. We focus on real-world application, self-awareness, and leading with humanity in diverse environments.

JEDI© for Coaches

This program equips internal and external coaches to support clients across differences with skill, humility, and insight. We explore how to uncover bias, belonging, and identity in coaching and help participants build the capacity to hold complexity in coaching conversations.

The program is approved for 8.0 Continuing Education Credits from the International Coaching Federation.
