About Us

Our
Philosophy

We are committed to deep and lasting transformation.

At RoundTable, we believe:

  • Leadership is everyone’s job.

  • Relationships drive results.

  • Conflict is where growth begins.

  • Listening is a superpower.

  • Real team wisdom lives below the waterline. Go there.

Our
Approach

Let’s be clear: we don’t do cookie-cutter.

Every RoundTable program is custom-built in partnership with you. Rooted in your people, your culture, your goals.

We start by listening deeply, then design a path to sustainable transformation.

Our work is immersive. Relational. Brave.

Whether coaching a CEO, facilitating an offsite, or leading a workshop, we go below the surface where real growth happens.

We use evidence-based tools, powerful coaching, and, when it serves the mission, thoughtfully applied AI because we have found that truth drives transformation, and connection makes it last.

Speaking of AI…

We see technology as a tool to amplify humanity, not replace it.

At RoundTable, we believe the heart of leadership is, and always will be, human.

The real breakthroughs happen in conversation. In vulnerability. In being seen and challenged by another person.

Used thoughtfully, AI can accelerate creativity, surface insights, and support reflection and growth. It helps leaders see more of themselves, and step more boldly into who they’re meant to be.

We use AI to elevate our human approach, not replace it. Only people can build trust, face conflict, and create lasting change.

Why
It Matters

The best organizations aren’t just high-performing. They’re deeply human.

That’s not easy to build in today’s world where speed, pressure, and complexity often crowd out reflection and relationships.

Artificial intelligence is expanding what’s possible. It can help us think more creatively, work more efficiently, and uncover insights we might have missed.

But it can’t decode the silence in a tense meeting. It can’t repair a fraying relationship. Or notice the change of tone in a new manager’s voice. It can’t build trust when a team has lost its way. Or help surface unresolved tensions from past team missteps.

That kind of transformation requires uniquely human skills. Presence, courage, empathy, and the ability to go beneath the surface in real time.

That’s where we come in.

We’ve seen again and again: when leaders are willing to address conflict, name what’s unspoken, and lead with both head and heart - everything changes.

Trust increases. Creativity flows. People feel brave and safe to speak up, contribute, and challenge each other in healthy ways. And that’s what drives better outcomes on every level.

Why
RoundTable

We don’t just talk about authenticity, transformation, or inclusive leadership. We make it visible, tangible, and real.

Our signature iceberg framework was inspired by the Co-Resolve model of conflict resolution. We’ve evolved the framework to include the leadership principles and practices we’ve amassed over the past 20 years.

Above the surface depicts what we say, how we act, and what we measure. It’s what we present to the world.

Below the waterline depicts where the unspoken dynamics live: assumptions, beliefs, fears, power dynamics, unwritten rules, and untapped brilliance.

Most leaders are trained to operate at the surface. We show them how to dive deeper.

That’s what sets us apart. We don’t avoid tension. We turn towards it. We don’t deliver off-the-shelf programs and we don’t settle for insight alone. We build the skills to act on it.

Origin Story

Great leaders make people feel less alone and part of something bigger. We have all had our voices squashed. We have felt shamed, excluded, and powerless. Those feelings keep us from thinking clearly. They keep us from being and doing our best. We’d had enough of it, so we created RoundTable.

RoundTable started as an experiment to see if we could all be leaders who create and foster belonging, the kind that uplifts and brings out the best. Could we sit together, truly be ourselves and appreciate each other, with all of our differences for everyone to behold and still do our best work?

As it turns out, the answer is yes. This successful experiment was the foundation of RoundTable Institute.
